Basically our machine consist of Heavy Duty Fabricated – Frame type  press with, Upstroking ram movement. Frame platens are manufactured using ultrasonically tested steel plates welded together with vertical ribs to withstand the force. Whole platens are stress relieved after fabrication. The Main cylinder single acting type - 1no. are  mounted  at  the bottom  fixed platen, inbuilt  Hydraulic power pack unit  located  at the  right  or  back  side of the the  Press, Powder  coated electrical  control panel cabinet  with  all  reputed  make  eletricals   is  provided  at  the  right  side  of  the  press  .  The machine is  built according to the International Guidelines. They are delivered in 100% functional condition. 

The oil tank unit will be complete with suction strainer, air breather, oil level indicator, return line filters & Oil Cooling Unit etc.
